Return/Exchange Policy:

Our holsters and gear both as a whole and specific features are designed with maximum compatibility in mind, however there may be some circumstances in which something doesn't fit quite right that we did not forsee.
Certain bends on the holsters may work for the majority of people and exclude some that are of a different body type. Should an item which is ordered not fit correctly or function properly, we will follow through with one of the following actions within 33 days of the date that your order ships:

1) Replace the item with the necessary adjustments for free.

2) We will accept a return of the item with the full purchase price refunded.
The only cost for the customer would then be the cost to ship the item back to us in either option. (USPS flat rate envelope is recommended.)


We stand by our product and our service, and offer a lifetime warranty on all the gear that we make. We will fix or replace all items which are damaged through reasonable and responsible use.

US Only Domestic Shipping:

While we strive to be able to accommodate the gear needs of the entire world, our time resources will currently only allow us to process and ship orders to the domestic United States market. This means that at this time we are not able to accept international or APO/FPO/DPO orders. Normal orders have their shipping information processed automatically, and these international/APO/FPO/DPO orders require us to go to the Post Office, wait in line, and fill out customs forms which we simply do not have the extra time to perform currently.

Turnaround Times:

Currently our products are quoted to ship within 7-10 business days after the date of ordering. Large orders may take an extra couple of days to process so the flow of other orders is not interrupted. Once your order is completed, you will then receive another email confirmation containing the USPS Priority tracking number.
